Samuel Amon holds PhD in Public Health. He has almost fifteen years working experience in public health and population-based research, mainly focused on health systems strengthening; economic evaluation of public health and population-based interventions and programs; implementation science research; and health workforce management strengthening. Samuel is a Research Fellow and Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of Ghana, and a facilitator for the World Bank’s primary healthcare performance initiative (PHC-PI). His current research interests include climate and health science; evaluation of health policies and interventions; health systems strengthening and evaluation; implementation science research; and health policy monitoring and evaluation.
